"I have just purchased a used santa Fe from Automax, the whole process was excellent. I spoke with Dawnita over the phone. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I test drove the car and it had been cleaned and was very well presented. They honored the internet price without hesitation and having agreed the purchase I expected the usual long delay before we sorted out the paperwork - but I was so pleasantly surprized; the paperwork was completed in under an hour. I found the whole experience free of pressure; relaxed and just so easy. Certainly I will be a returning customer to Automax in the future and hope that Dawnita will still be there to help me.
